We offer services related to the production of technical moldings:

• procurement of construction works
• production of molds and blanks
• testing of molds

Putting an emphasis on maximum flexibility in response to customer needs (e.g., 3D models), we have purchased a license for an ORACLE – AutoVue 3D Professional Advanced universal design viewer for processing feedback and communication with designers and tooling companies.

We transport products and molds with our own delivery vehicle (CITROEN JUMPER 1.4t), and also work closely with a permanent local freight company (IVECO, DAF – 2.7-3-3,2-6,5t). Of course, we also use the services of logistics companies with full-range services.

We have experience with warehouse production management in the KANBAN (JIT) system.

The cost of mold making is greatly reduced by our universal frames. In order to produce a mold, it is possible only to have an insert for these frames manufactured.
