Company History

The first CS and KuAsy presses were already being used in the company in 1978 – it means many years of experience both with our own production technology and enough contacts with excellent and experienced mold designers and toolmakers.

Injection molding with more than 30 years of tradition

In 1996, the first press from the Austrian brand ENGEL was purchased and these gradually replaced all the machines in our plant. This process was completed in 2006 and we are now gradually expanding our machine portfolio.

Part of our activity is providing design and production of molds and other services, i.e., performing analysis and simulation of injection using the CADMOULD computer program and prototype models using rapid prototyping technology (3D printing).

Start of custom production

Until 2007, we operated on the market with our own production from the past – mainly polyolefin plastics (baby mugs, rakes, kitchen jars, archiving clamps, vials, etc.). We decided not to develop this activity further, and production was terminated by the sale of the molds. Thus we entered the market as a company fully focused on custom production. This change was reflected mainly in the technology and related peripherals – gravimetric drying of the granulate, a closed multi-stage cooling system, central transport of the granulate, tempering of molds by top regulators… and further on processed materials.
